Predominantly fermented in tank, with a small portion matured in oak to add subtle richness and complexity. Extended ripening on the vine brings depth to the fruit, balancing ripe orchard notes with vibrant acidity. Aromas of pear, quince and acacia lead to a silky palate, finishing fresh and mineral.
