This collar is made form a single piece of 2. 5mm thick leather and made to fit small dogs with the first hole 26cm from the buckle, the last hole 36cm. We only use casted brass D Rings and Buckles for strength and security to keep your pets secure. The leather is 20mm wide x 2. 5mm thick. This collar fits 26cm to 36cm
