CJA – Another (Suburban) Sunday [CD] Ambient / New Age To these organ sounds

To these organ sounds

they both have a singular voice: Harutaka more stringent and tart

It soars on an updraft

But with the addition of Jamie Muir — the first great free improvising percussionist who didn’t start out as a jazz drummer — and the way-leftfield electronics of Hugh Davies

The album was recorded at Blazer Sound Studios in New Mexico with Excepter's Nathan Corbin

CJA – Another (Suburban) Sunday [CD] Ambient / New Age To these organ sounds"There has always been a minimalist vibe to Clayton Noones music, especially under his CJA moniker. Simple phrases and musical patterns repeating and the space between notes illuminated by a warm looming hiss. This minimalist tendency is even more explicit on his album for the Another Sunday series, perhaps his most 'ambient' record to date." Another Sunday, 2023
