Nervi Gattinara DOCG Vigna Valferana 2019 750ml Cava before being bottledNervi is the oldest winery in Gattinara. Gattinara is home to some of the best Nebbiolo vineyards in the world. Roberto Conterno (famed Giacomo Conterno) has been involved Nervi since 2011, when Erling Astrup, a wine collector, and friend of his, purchased the winery and sought his counsel. In 2018, Conterno bought the estate outright. Valferana is the cooler of the two single vineyard Gattinaras that are bottled separately here. The Valferana is
